Atlas of RCH can be used to display and compare the geographical patterns of rates of a particular reproductive indicator and associated risk groups can be different demographic sub populations. The results can be used to describe the prevalence of risk in a geographic area and/or disparities area and spatial patterns revealed. As a part of this exercise our talk will highlight some of the reproductive and child health indicators compared between the states of India on spatial patterns using GIS mapping technique. The data used for this study will be from RCH survey conducted by IIPS – Mumbai.
